FLAD is a private foundation that works to promote Portugal's development through bilateral cooperation with the United States of America. And it is by always assuming this mission that FLAD constitutes itself as a bridge between the two countries, a resource of excellence for those seeking and offering opportunities in the USA, with a focus on four major areas - Science and Technology, Education, Arts and Culture and Transatlantic Relations. Our events reflect the diversity of our areas of activity, are open to the general public and free to enter, with space for closer contact between the public and our guests.
